Every listing here is ruled phrase by phrase against the full standards list in force at its scan. This is a database of rulings on each phrase, not a pile of scraped copy. This is the benchmark your audit ranks you against.
Our database holds 250,000+ product records from four sources: Health Canada’s Licensed Natural Health Products Database, the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database, 159 brand websites and 13,000+ Amazon best sellers. Fail rates and ranks count only listings we have ruled.

Trade press reported Amazon began requiring detail-page content to align with the Supplement Facts panel, enforced automatically. Amazon’s published supplement policy now bars ingredient weight claims that do not match the panel (read 15 Oct 2026); the automatic enforcement is reported, not published.

Telehealth: the telehealth letter index, issue 1. FDA posted 113 warning letters to telehealth companies in three batches. On 7 October 2026 we read the sites of 87 of them, and 32 still carried wording of the kind FDA quoted. Companies are never named.

Attribute figures to Claims Verified and state the data date. We publish aggregates and never name a failing brand, and we ask reusers to do the same. Rankings are within-category only. Every published listing was scanned 14-27 Sep 2026 on the 98 standards then in force (v1.3.1). The 11 standards added on 28 Sep 2026 were applied to every listing that day, so every published ruling stands on standards v1.4.1, all 109. The corrections page records any figure we have had to restate.
