What it includes
• Monthly re-scan of every audited surface: Amazon listing, A+ content, product pages, ad copy, email flows
• Alert within 48 hours of a new Critical finding, with the compliant rewrite attached
• New creative reviewed before it ships, so drift is caught before it publishes
• What the AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Amazon’s Rufus, Gemini, Claude) say about your brand, re-tested monthly
• One re-review included, plus a dated changelog, so the file you present is as current as the day it is asked for
• Quarterly position against your category peers, and standing pharmacist access
Why it exists
- Enforcement is continuous now. Amazon’s claim-detection runs on every listing edit, ad platforms re-review live creative, and the FDA warning-letter feed refreshes weekly. A point-in-time audit answers a continuous question only as long as the copy stands still, and copy never stands still.
- The changelog is the asset. Retail buyers, insurers and acquirers do not just ask whether you were reviewed, they ask whether the standard held. A dated record of every change, reviewed and signed, is what turns one audit into a standing substantiation file.
- The Mark requires it. A Claims Verified licence holds only while the assets stay under scan. Monitoring is how a founding-cohort brand keeps its seal valid.
Who can add it
Audited brands only. Monitoring extends an audit, it does not replace one: without the baseline rulings there is nothing to measure drift against. If you have not been audited yet, start with the $2,000 audit, monitoring attaches the day your report is delivered. Pre-launch brands get their first month included with Launch Clean.
To add monitoring to your engagement: email audit@claimsverified.org or reply to your audit report. Active in one business day.
Review of marketing language only, not product testing, formulation, facility compliance, or legal advice. Findings are our opinion under the published Claims Verified rubric.
